What SoloVisa is

SoloVisa is an educational product: guides, templates, trackers and self-audit tools for preparing US talent-visa petitions (O-1, EB-1A, EB-2 NIW) on your own. We are not a law firm, we do not provide legal advice, and no attorney–client relationship is created by using this site.

No guarantee of outcome

Visa adjudication is at the sole discretion of USCIS and consular officers. We make no guarantee of approval or of any immigration outcome.

Your account and access

Access to paid content is personal and non-transferable. You agree not to share, resell or republish paid materials. We may revoke access on refund or in cases of abuse.

Payments

Payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. Prices are in USD. See the Refund Policy for details.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoloVisa's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product. We are not liable for decisions you make based on educational materials.
