What we store

We deliberately store as little as possible:

• Email address — for quiz results, sign-in links and product emails.
• Quiz answers and scores — to build your scorecard and roadmap.
• Progress data — criteria statuses, checklists, timeline items, module completion, strategy-check reports.
• Purchase records — product and order IDs from our payment provider.
• Profile fields you fill in — name, field of work, country, language.

We never store your documents. There are no file uploads anywhere in the product; your petition files stay with you.

What we don't do

We don't sell personal data. We don't run third-party advertising trackers.

Supabase (database and authentication), Lemon Squeezy (payments, merchant of record), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting).

Your rights (GDPR)

You can access, correct or delete your data. The Delete account button in Settings permanently removes your account and all associated rows. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. Contact: hello@solovisa.site.

Analytics and session replay

We use PostHog analytics to understand how the site is used: page views, clicks, quiz/navigator funnels and traffic sources. Analytics runs cookieless — we do not set analytics cookies or build cross-site profiles. Session replay may record how anonymous visitors interact with public pages; all text you type into forms and any email addresses are masked before leaving your browser, and replay is fully disabled inside the paid member area. Purchase events are sent server-side using a hashed identifier, never your raw email. You can object to this processing at any time via hello@solovisa.site.
